Vic: Rare Harley Davidson motorcycle stolen
Police are on the lookout for a rare Harley Davidson motorcycle that's been stolen
from a bayside Melbourne home.
The 38-thousand dollar pearl white 2001 Harley Davidson Heritage Soft-Tail motorcycle
is one of only two of its kind in Australia.
It's among items stolen from three chain-link fenced storage areas .. below an apartment
block in Black Rock sometime between 10 pm (AEDT) on Monday and 7.30 am on Tuesday.
Police say it appears the thieves knew what they were looking for when they forced
entry through the front security gate.
The motorcycle's registration is AB-888.
